Anita Belitz Krasniqi

Career Evolution Mentor and Non-Profit/Finance Management Specialist

Welcome! I coach and mentor others to align personal growth and professional satisfaction as I believe this is the most important contribution you can make to your company and to yourself. I specialize in supporting executives and aspiring executives on getting ahead more easily and ethically in the workplace and finding a career that they love.

I started my career working with a public-private partnership focusing on combining expertise and promoting exchange between academia and the banking and finance industry that grew from small and local to a pan-Swiss organization with an international reach and reputation. After 20 years within that sector, I have turned my talent, skill, and experience to guiding and supporting high-performing employees in moving forward in their career.

As a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coach Facilitator, I work with executives and aspiring executives to find the path to a lucrative and enjoyable career. I use a unique combination of NLP and business mentoring to guide employees through the steps they need to move forward, maintain, and especially increase their income level while also loving going to work again.

Through the Wise Women’s Workplace Podcast, I share insights that made the difference in my successful journey from administrative assistant to executive director and beyond. Over the years I have collected lessons learned on how to become a sought-after employee and I share them with my clients and podcast listeners so that they can finally be valued for their real contribution at their workplace.

I have training and experience with online business models, from the application side with platforms such as Hubspot, Clickfunnels, and Infusionsoft, to program and product development, to communications, and more.

I also support foundations and associations in areas such as stakeholder management, fund sourcing, and public-private partnerships.
